You'll soon be able to ask Copilot to generate quizzes based on your data in Microsoft Forms

Copilot is surely becoming more advanced as time passes. Microsoft is updating the AI model to support a variety of capabilities, including being able to come up with a SWOT analysis that could potentially save SMBs a lot of money.

The Redmond-based tech giant has recently added Copilot to Microsoft Forms, its forms and quizzes-oriented platform. The AI model is capable of filling out forms, which can save managers a lot of time.

But Microsoft is not stopping here. According to the latest entry in the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, Copilot in Microsoft Forms will also generate quizzes based on users’ data, in just a few seconds.

The Redmond-based tech giant will enhance Copilot with this new capability in June 2024, and AI model will make use of every piece of information it is provided with to come up with intriguing quizzes. We’re talking about notes, textbooks, and documents.

The AI model will come up with a draft that can be further edited until it meets the preferred criteria. Users can also type in further prompts to allow Copilot to make further edits to the drafts.

Generating quizzes from provided materials is one of the most commonly requested features in the education industry, and it is now available in Forms. To save time, users can create quizzes from documents, textbooks, or notes using Copilot. Copilot can create draft quizzes based on the provided materials and users’ prompts.

Microsoft

The capability will be released to all versions of Copilot within Microsoft 365, so not only Forms users will be able to use it.

As the entry says, it can be quite useful to teachers, educators, and all those working in the education industry, but not limited to it. The business industries can use it as a form to conduct marketing campaigns, as well.
